what would you have them tell you

I, for one, have a passing interest in whether financing is going to be a problem....

I want Fung to state unequivocally: "Yes" it is a problem....or "No" it is not a problem....no legal ease (i.e. "financing has never been a problem for us in the past"). Is that asking too much EZ? Would that tip our hand and ruin the "big deal"?
