People just want some answers.

Too many people have lost too much money on this thing. To just sit there trusting mgmt is no longer possible for many long term holders. Kry mgmt doesn't have much credibility when it comes to forecasting the actions of VZ officials so hearing that we are in a process just doesn't cut it anymore.

There is no evidence of any progress with permitting or a buyout. We need to know what the plan is for financing arbitiration proceedings. Not the intimate details of secret discussions just the basic outline of a plan for dealing with the very real threat of running out of money.

The best and brightest of our posters are being harassed and run off the board for pointing out the obvious. Our situation is ugly and we are not getting answers. Mgmt doesn't seem to care.
