How long are we going to wait for financing/filing. Why do you think Grz stock price has gone up and Kry’s has not moved. Please let the shareholders know the direction the company is going, besides down, and actions it is taking

Crystallex is cautiously optimistic that its activities seeking a resolution/solution to the Las Cristinas Dispute/Saga will be fruitful. The Company has the option to file a claim for damages and compensation at the ICSID but to date the activities we are involved in suggest that we are heading towards a prudent and more timely solution/resolution than International Arbitration. Should that change and Crystallex files a Claim/Action a press release and regulatory filing will be made.

We will keep you informed of the status as soon as material information becomes available.
