If nothing is happening, meaning Fung is not in final negotiations for some type of resolution (JV/buyout) or has no real prospects for raising adequate funds to see KRY through arbitration, then he is being totally irresponsible for signing off on the present PR.

Fung's reputation will take a serious hit not only because he was involved with a bankruptcy but also because of the way he orchestrated events under his control.

An experienced, successful person like Robert Fung simply would not allow himself to be trapped into this position!
