An experienced, successful person like Robert Fung simply would not allow himself to be trapped into this position!

I've got to ask, if it's so easy for us to see this and have confidence then why isn't there a rash of funds out there buying and driving the price up taking advantage of these low prices? Just look around. Stocks generally move before announcements are made. This one isn't.

Andrea and RM are now saying that they believe they are on a path for a more timely resolution than arbitration. Arbitration will take 2-3 years. So I guess they are saying if all works out, it'll be less than 2-3 years. God I hope so! If Fung was so powerful and experienced, would we be in this mess? It's not like his first day was last week. I'd personally like to see him back up his reputation and confidence with a purchase of substantial shares but that's just me.

So the question is.....are a bunch of individual investors on a stock chat board really smarter than large institutional funds and insiders? History would say no but we'll see. It's possible that it is simply a case of the market not liking uncertainty.

Good luck to all.
