It's been awhile but i came away with the fact that funding is not going to be a problem and is being work on as i speak.

Arbitration is not out of the question, but used only when things break down.

China is investing in VZ big time and they have the ( BUCKS ), Russia is talking big deals but doesn't have the financial clout like China.

Although RM had little good news there wasn't any truely bad or gloomy news its like a high stake poker game. In this case no news is better then stupid news. They (KRY ) is negotiating and not wanting to give the other players their entire hand.

Bottom line its just business as uaual and high power negotiating!!!!
