While this is OT, I want everyone to see it so that there are no unknowns here.

Rayzz was banned a couple weeks ago, but then given a second chance. He has done nothing but continue to berate those that disagree with him and attempt to drive members off the board. His continues disruption of a rational exchange of opinions and flow of what little news we have could not continue.

Unfortunately, it seems from reviewing all of his posts that he sucumbed the the pressure of the situation and went from being a rational poster several months ago to a constant disruption today.

While I did not really disagree with his postions (I think that things will resolve favorably), his inability to politely disagree and move on make his continued presence unworkable.

Feel free to discuss this as you feel appropriate, as I'm sure that some will disagree, but it would be appreciated if you could do it in threads on the OT forum.
