Rereading that article, it's hilarious. Only Hugo could address the nation and say ""there are lots of fat people." Forget politically incorrect in VZ. Obama or Harper would have pussy footed around and said "there is an increasingly large number of those not concerned about properly monitoring their caloric intake."

We love ya Hugo, no matter how much we hate you, lol!
