Sounds Mickey Mouse to me..........I find it hard to believe that the ICSID would get involved with private investors. I thought the treaty was protect Canadian (or other country who has signed this treaty with Venezuela) companies against unfair business practices perpetrated by a member country. By protecting the company, you've automatically protected the individual shareholder. So there is no need to file individual claims, it's redundant IMO.
