"What is it with all the volume and price flat........20 million on amex now"

Hondo - This volume is interesting. I really thought we'd go down around 20+% but only on 3 to 5 million shares. Mainly because of the history with this stock rising and crashing when whoever bought it up is done buying.

Clearly with today's volume there are more large buyers activly wanting in. Perhaps they are riding the coat tails of Monday on a momentum play but that's a lot of volume.

I"d guess today's buyers did not want to cause another 100% spike so they tried to play it smarter. They used people cashing out in relief and profit taking to mask buying.

My mentor used to call unusually high volume with little price change as a "silent" alarm, usually indicating accumulation. Yes, we dropped, but this is where the action was concentrated yesterday afternoon even though we spiked to .45 at close.

Today we gapped down and pushed through .35 (thanks!), we rose back up and closed near the high of the day. I'm a tech trader and I look at the trading range and where we spend most time to see if it is positive or negative. KRY almost always remains pegged to the low of the day even on up days.

In short, the volume is telling and combined with the trading staying in the upper half of the range most of the day I still call it a positive.
