Pend - Thanks. I have not changed my position that I still think arbitration was the better path, but I am honoring my statement that if we popped it should not matter the reason.

If this pop turns out to be a leak of news from a Fung deal and we end up much higher than here then I will pen my apology to Fung and those who steadfastly supported him.
