KRY would be $7,000 per share.....but I would have long sold.

My honest thought is that if we went to arbitration the very minimum we would get is .85 with just a return of our investments in social projects.

I have always thought we would bump above $1 on arbitration filing. That would be a disgrace, but I would sell half since it would be a very long time before we saw a settlement.

Fung's $2 billion would get us $5+ per share

I think Fung is looking for something in the $2 to $3 per share level as this would be better short term than arbitration though less than we are worth.

If we were allowed to mine LC we would be MUCH higher but I don't see that hapening.

I also don't see VZ settling for $1 billion since they are broke. I doubt a buyout would yield that now either. Rather I see Fung looking for a deal that would involve us in the process with an immediate gain better than arbitration and a long term value more in line with what we are worth.

The recent action suggests to me there is speculation of a deal rather than arbitration in the works. On that I would look to exit in the $2 to $3 level.

All of this is of course just my opinion.
