Mida, that would assume that the reason for the original buys was tied to this or that the secondary buying was assuming this was the reason.

I do not believe so in either case considering the amount trying to be raised was far below what we generally consider an acceptable settlement.

The reason for the entries is likely something else and it could even be benign. The longer we go without confirmation the more likely we will fall, but for now we are holding.

It could even be that this sudden interest and PPS boost added a wrench in the negotiations....
