Two important things stand out to me here:

1 - Why would Chavez quote the Chinese for valuation estimate if he was going to screw them and hand over the mine to the Russians? Why would the Chinese even be doing a valuation if they were not going be involved?

2 - It appears the Chinese use the EZ method of valuation. LOL!

Could make for an interesting PR.....
