Hindsight is definitely 20/20.

I prefer to call it foresight. Of course...I can only speak for myself. I can't speak for the EZ's of the world.

I felt we should have filed for immediate arbitration in 2008 but stupidly opted to have faith in management's intimate knowledge of the situation. My bad.
