Key Dates and Deadlines

A. Participation Package Deadline — is January 13, 2012.

B. Qualified Bidder Determination Deadline —is the final date to be designated
as a Qualified Bidder and shall be no later than January 20, 2012.

C. Qualified Bidder Due Diligence Period — is the period, for each Qualified
Bidder, beginning on the date that the Company designates such Potential Bidder
as a Qualified Bidder and ending upon the Bid Deadline.

D. Bid Deadline — is February 1, 2012.

E. Successful Bidder Determination Deadline — date currently targeted is
February 6, 2012.

F. CCAA Court Approval Deadline —date currently targeted is February 15, 2012.

G. Bankruptcy Court Approval Deadline — date currently targeted is February
21,2012.

H. Loan Closing Deadline— date currently targeted is February 23, 2012.
