I couldn't fathom giving away 49% for the $135 million deal plus 20% interest.

If Fung is able to get the DIP done, hold off paying the noteholders until after abitration and only gives up a small back end deal then he deserves more than the $150K.

Being in CCAA has been great for information. I will say that much of what is posted in the affidavits has been relayed to us before but we have always had to take Kry word on it.
