Look up case #1:16-cv-00661 in DC, I haven't checked it out recently but there was progress in Dec. 2016 - not sure what has happened this year. Also check out C.A. No. 16-1007-LPS in Delaware, from at least Jan. 2017.

If someone told you it would take 6 months from enforcement to receipt of award they misled you. But I don't know the context - maybe he/she said it "can" take 6 months. Sure but it can also take 10 years. If it wasn't clearly a guess, you were misled.

I don't think it is right that in this case shareholders have been screwed but I do think it is legal. I approve of Tenor winning an award and I'd like them to realise that award so we can be paid.
