You may well be right prezone but if true then why not apply pressure on VZ by pushing forward with the recoginition and enforcement order in Washington. VZ doesn't want to have a default and the amount we are talking about is peanuts to what is owed China, Russia, etc. 

What is the advantage to doing nothing.

GRZ got sucked in to another JV that made a bunch of people rich when shares zoomed to $7.00. They are stuck now with the JV and VZ can delay them without fear of default unless GRZ wants endless legal action from shareholders who bought on the promise the money was coming.

Tenor can talk all they want with whoever they want but they need to be pursuing legal action at the same time. These type of orders just don't take that long especially when the original award was won in washington and the enforcement is being asked for in washington.
