jimmijazz: I can't put this any plainer. The courts dictate the timetable not the petitioner nor the respondent. The enforcement order is before the courts and awaiting the judge. Tenor have pushed for a bond to ensure VZ don't remove all seizable assets, this is pending before the judge. Tenor have also pushed to unwind PDVH transactions shielding Citgo, as this is an asset they could go after, the last action there was in January, with Tenor compromising and is now again pending before the court.
I would have thought you had enough experience with the delays that VZ use and the slowness of courts through the ICSID arbitration to understand why this is taking so long. Maybe you had a conspiracy theory for that too?
The paranoia you seem to have about this makes it pointless asking me these questions. Seek someone you trust who can help you understand it..or don't...makes no difference to me. Ask Justin - he knows a lot more about this (even excluding NDA info) then he appears to have disclosed to fellow opt ins. Do you wonder why he hasn't disclosed all he knows?
