What voice did we have Paau? Fung telling the courts that he wanted to protect all stakeholders? Yes we though we had a voice by reading the court documents before realising Fung was working for Tenor all along. 

Crying over spilt milk is one way of looking at it if everything was done legally and transparently but we all know it wasn't and when I say we I fully realise you have a different view much like Fung does.
