I would not ask the same question if you would answer it. You said Tenor had activity on the enforcement in Dec. I told you I could find no record of it. You are the one who put the words out here not me so please answer the question of what did Tenor do pursing enforcement in Dec. or retract your statement if inaccurate.

GRZ is a different case as we all know. GRZ halted pursuing the enforcement order because they got sucked in and made a deal with VZ that makes going forward on the order troublesome for GRZ management.

You say we have been waiting 12 months and the delays are VZ. Point out these delays to us and when they occured. Delays are usually through the courts. Don't bait and switch to the Citago issue stay on the enforcement order.
