How can Fung  prosper more than the common shareholders? He had stock and options. Obviously he is getting paid by all of us to put his pants on in the morning and wait. All of the deals he cut should penalize him as much as us. But he has somehow figured a way to put himself ahead of commons. I am a south of border guy and in the US that can't be done. If he has created a package that takes care of him and board he would be headed for court. His job was to protect shaerholders not destroy them.
