I disagree with your assertion that all Fung did was take a court approved incentive. Fung and some management insisted if I'm not mistaken that they get a percentage to cooperate with the ISCID process. My objection has been Fung was very well paid in salary and options that he turned into cash to run KRY. He did such a marvelous job we ended up in CCAA. Fung should have worked on the ISCID for regular pay rather than demanding a percentage. That would have been the honourable thing to do.

Fung sold shareholders down the river to Tenor with the guarantee that Tenor would take over paying him. We have every right to feel cheated by Fung.
