Paau, I was wondering if the next step by Tenor/Crystallex is  to request a writ of execution under FRCP 69(a) and start finding assets to seize and sell as necessary.

Is there any reason you know of to suggest Tenor would not move forward in an effort to collect at this time?

The person who you think gave me bad advice and doesn't know what he is talking about said "I am unaware of any other entities that have open execution writs against VZ"

Wouldn't this make us first in line to grab assets?
