While the order may be correct, the amount oweing is not. The settlement for Crystallex is well over 1 billion now. I still believe any settlement with Crystallex will be close to 2 billion minus what they have been paid already.

The article was a pro RML piece and does seem to show that they will collect if Citgo is sold. Gold Reserve is further down the list and may not be so lucky. Perhaps this is why their share price has not moved much.
