I hadn't thought about Rayzz in terms of Banning him, but now that I really think back on the last couple of weeks, I was getting sooo tired of his attacks in Ian, that I just wouldn't read his posts any more.

No-bear, I think is WAS time....he was definetly disruptive, and not willing to let go of his 'thing' about Ian. He had definely worn out his welcome, even tho', as you, I also agreed with his basic ideas.
