appears the holiday could be over and this could move up. europacs article is unfolding NOT as planned but it was a good start to a conspiracy theory. opecs cuts could start to take effect just as obama takes office and israel is still the center of attention. any one thing could possibly start oil upward but all three could really make it move under the right conditions.
