Well said, The only thing we as shareholders can do is ask the BC SEC what we need to do in this situation. Of course, the fact that GB and DRV management is ignoring their shareholders would likely mean nothing to them. The company has the right to ignore shareholders and drive the SP down to their hearts content.

MMI management can also postpone listing for as long as they'd like.

The BC SEC would likely be more concerned with things like company/management cease trade orders and if someone in management still has a CTO and if they are trading outside the CTO.
