Question re: MMI and current shares

For some of us MMI shareholders whom live in the USA, do we get the MMI "pinksheet stock"??? I guess MMI will let us all know what stock exchanges it will list on prior to listing I hope. I was thinking that if they list on for example the AMEX under pinksheets then USA holders would get these automatically??? Which, IMO would suck....I wounder how and who determines this? I would much rather have MMI shares on one of the Canadian Exchanges...Just curious....
