the PP will not be repriced,

the share price may retrace a bit, but

this is a positive, the most important thing short term (1 to 3 months) is that DRV has money, cash, moola, cashish etc... to drill, and do ground work.

this creates a "floor" of 15cents which almost guarantees the early Jan "forced conversion" and another $2 million of cash.

Management knows what they are doing, and grabbed some quick cash.

IMO, todays rise was because people knew this was coming. (disclaimer: I am often wrong).
