I believe GB sent a letter to "Interested Parties" (sorry don"t have a copy) detailing the issues outstanding. I think there was cash of just over $1M (would like to see the CFO comment on that letter - so DH please step up). I somehow think that this may never get listed and a reply from the OSC would be interesting to see.
