This is my prediction

Duran will be run until it can't afford to progress any further

Knowing how valuable Peru is George will hand the property over to MacMillan

Duran shareholders will be left holding the bag but the MacMillan shareholders will win as long as MacMillan gets listed, otherwise no shareholders get any part.
