I agree Rich, these were necessary measures to force Tom's hand in agreeing to step back and release the voting rights.In my opinion, the depressed share price was likely a motivation for him to agree since the price would never go up if he still was involved! He had to get out and release any control he had in order for this to suceed or it would have folded.

Anybody think the td to td crosses were a tactic used to influence this outcome and lower the share price?
