The Company needs to come forward with statements regarding its currrent financial situation and in particular how it is meeting its current obligations such as payroll, mortgage etc.

While I expect some of this may be included in the topics to be discussed in the proposed town hall meetings, it would be prudent to get this information out there in advance, so as to make those more informative and productive.
