the company know it, the shareholders know it, the OSC know it and will halt this company from trading as an insider who does not publicise his transactions gets away with killing the shareholder on a daily basis for nothing more than spite. Spite at getting his already tarnished reputation further stained or spite at his wife losing her job , whatever the reason it has to be stopped as other insiders pick up .03 cent shares and Fairfull pockets money he never paid for in the first place. this could go on untill his 6 or 7 million shares between him and his family are used up and basically this ten a penny outfit runs out of money. who in their right mind except the reason for all this hatred , the chairman would buy into a .06 cent placement when all they are worth is wallpaper at this time. Every one of you shareholders who value your hard earned money MUST call the OSC and get this halted before more damage is done and you lose everything. The hatred going on within this company will eventually turn PEPSI , FIRST MAJESTIK, and others away as they will not get involved in money ,greed and power obstacles. ACT NOW.
