Dynasty Accepts Director's Resignation

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - March 27, 2009) - Dynasty Metals & Mining Inc. (TSX:DMM) (the "Company" or "Dynasty") announces that Mauricio Davalos Guevara has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company, to allow him more time to focus on his private business interests.

Company President and CEO, Robert Washer commented: "I would like to offer my sincere thanks to Mauricio for his insight and guidance over the past year. His experience was valuable to the Company as we worked through the challenges that arose throughout the year."
