Robert Washer

President & CEO

Mr. Washer has 29 years experience in the mining industry and has been involved in the construction of five gold processing plants (four Carbon in Pulp "CIP" and one alluvial). Mr. Washer has also been directly involved in discovering and/or opening 6 gold mines and locating a new gold field in Ecuador. He was also responsible for the financing and construction of a 2 million tonne per annum gold processing plant in Western Australia and has developed a number of mines on his own prospects. These ultimately produced approximately 100,000 oz of gold per year. Mr. Washer was chairman of the board of directors and major shareholder of AVATAR Petroleum Inc, an oil production company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, which held 30% interest in the Tiguino Oilfield in Ecuador.

Nick Furber

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Furber is a Chartered Accountant (England) and Chartered Financial Analyst. He joins the Company from Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he was a Senior Manager in the M&A Transaction Advisory group. Previously, Mr. Furber was a vice-president in the Corporate Finance group of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has spent over 10 years in Vancouver and London providing audit and corporate advisory services.

Bill McCartney

Director of Business Development

Bill McCartney, CA. is a business consultant and a former founding partner of Davidson & Company (1984-1990), chartered accountants where he specialized in taxation, mergers & acquisitions, structured financings and business advisory services.
He is a chartered accountant and has been a member in good standing with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia since 1980. He is also a graduate of Simon Fraser University (1978); Bachelor of Arts (business administration).

Brian Speechly

Director

Mr. Speechly is a consultant with over 46 years of experience in the mining industry. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and metallurgy. He has held technical and managerial positions with MIM Holdings Ltd., Peko Wallsend Ltd., Poseidon Ltd., Goldsworthy Mining Ltd. And Pancontinental Mining Ltd. He has been involved with more than 310 mining projects and is recognized in Australia and overseas as an expert in both underground and open pit mining and design, equipment selection and mining methods.

Mark Bailey

MSc. P. Geol - Director

Mr. Bailey is a successful exploration geologist, with over 27 years of experience, who has been the President and CEO of Toronto Stock Exchange-listed Minefinders Corporation Ltd. ("Minefinders"), since 1995. He is highly respected for both his technical competence and his aptitude in maximizing the effectiveness of exploration programs and budgets. While with Minefinders, he has been responsible for the discovery and ongoing development of resources now totalling more than 3 million ounces of gold and 165 million ounces of silver.

Yale Simpson

B.Ap.Sc. (Geological Engineering) - Director

Mr. Simpson, former chairman of Argosy Minerals Inc., has more than thirty years experience as a senior geologist, exploration manager and CEO of companies involved in exploration and development projects in Australia, Africa and eastern Europe. Those companies included Pennzoil Company, Chevron Exploration, Australmin Holdings and Black Swan Gold Mines Ltd. He is currently a director of Tournigan Gold Corporation, Diamonds North Resources Ltd. and the British Columbia Museum Of Mining.

Ernesto Andrade Veloz

Director

Mr. Veloz is the Senior Partner and President of Andrade Veloz & Associates, Attorneys at Law, Quito, Ecuador. He is an Arbitrator with the Quito Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Centre and was previously the Superintendent of Companies. More recently, he was Chairman of the Quito Stock Exchange. He brings extensive experience in corporate law and regulatory matters.

Mauricio Dávalos Guevara

Director

Mr. Dávalos is a former minister, having held various positions with the Ecuadorian government since 1979, including the Minister of Economic Policy and Production under the current government and the Minister of Natural Resources and Energy and the Minister of Agriculture under previous governments. Mr. Dávalos was also an elected member of the National Constitutional Assembly of Ecuador as well as the Governor of the Central Bank of Ecuador.

He is presently a member of Ecuador's Foreign Relations Advisory Board and is the president of the Ecuadorian Pacific Economic Cooperation Council. In addition, he holds various board positions with private enterprises operating in Ecuador.
