I have been lurking here for a while and thought it was time to drop in. It is refreshing to see that one can post with candor here and share useful and credible information. With all the firepower here this can be the best BB site on the boards with respect to the PMs and the juniors.

Congratulations to Bigpic and GWR for your appointments here. It will be difficult getting used to some sanity. Not that I plan on letting the boogers down the block off the hook.

I look froward to visiting often and learning from all here...and hopefully makng some small contribution. I am a serial, incurable optimist for hours at a time .....between breaks....and as all who know me here, I am a big fan of ECU and have been for many years.

I had a hunch silver/gold/stocks would be attacked today with Paulson and Bernanke et al trying to act upbeat in the media. As Pic noted, there is so much going in one has to have one's head on a swivel.

This is not scientific but I have to think we will see somethng very positve happen this week.
