I agreeb but unless I am buying, I do not watch price for first 2-3 hours on down days. I check the metals and HUI and CDNX for general trend indicators, but watching your "money" stuff is an aggrevation not needed. I am a long termer, ECU has the goods, and it is what it is TODAY.
I prefer watching for turning point indicators...such as silver last hour making a lower low by $.30 to $16.85 as gold holds $9 ABOVE its ealier low of $904. Is this a bullish digergence?....and by what measure [short term or medium term?
Then there is the retesting of lows just when one thinks he/she is "out of the woods"...you know, that final scare that sends you to the bathroom.
Today will be the end of this mess, but is that for a week or two, or are even lower commodities retraces ahead. Gold, silver, oil, HUI have bounced off lows, but it is far to early in the dat to assess...pic
