According to Stockwatch, at 2.40 per share, CEE is up more than 5 times off its low of .44. That's quite a feat considering that CEE has 995 million shares outstanding. And 995 million is roughly a little more than 3 times what ECU has issued. A good point to consider when people complain that ECU has too many shares out there.
