I posted the link to the new transfer doc because so many on other boards have complained of gaging the TA, and it is a legitimate piece of new information and facts. Not much is posted at this site, but then there is also no speculative nonsense or manipulation here either.

I don't understand your statement "Looks like OTC-Pinks use this argument to delist or stop reporting,...". What does this have to do with a broker being a shareholder of record rather than an individual?
