egX Canada Signs Agreement for Market Regulation

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - March 11, 2008) - egX Group (TSX VENTURE:GFG) reports that an agreement has been reached between egX Canada and Market Regulation Services Inc. (RS), to provide regulation services for egX Canada. RS is an independent regulation services provider for equity marketplaces operating in Canada. The RS agreement satisfies another pre-operating condition contained in the recognition order issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission.

"The execution of the RS agreement marks an important milestone as we prepare for the launch," stated Mary Wong, President of egX Canada.
