egX Group Adds Real Estate Veteran to its Advisory Board

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - April 14, 2008) - egX Group (TSX VENTURE:GFG) is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Anthony (Tony) Tennessy to its Advisory Board. Mr. Tennessy is a veteran of the real estate industry and brings over 35 years of experience to the Company. The Company continues to attract experienced and well respected industry professionals to its Advisory Board.

Mr. Tennessy has managed a wide range of commercial real estate portfolios including: office buildings, residential subdivisions, shopping centers, hotels, land developments and golf courses, as well as commercial mortgage portfolios. He is currently a director of Concert Properties Ltd., for which he chairs the company's audit committee and sits as a member of the compensation committee.

Mr. Tennessy sat on a variety of boards and committees with the provincial and federal governments. He also served as the director of the Canadian Council of Public-Private Partnerships, was a member of the Provincial Government's P3 Task Force and served as the Chairman of the Provincial Public Private Partnership Advisory Board.

Mr. Tennessy was a Director of the Vancouver 2010 Organizing Committee and served as a director of the Vancouver 2010 Bid Corporation. He is currently an Ambassador to the 2010 Olympic Organizing Committee.
