Actually , Spinner7 is correct in saying that he is not banned from Agoracom. I didn't do it, I presumed Agoracom did when they removed his posts last time. I haven't banned anyone yet.
Also, I have recently come to the conclusion that Spinner isn't really bashing, he is asking questions over and over again that no one here can answer. No one even wants to try and answer either, in reality because no one can answer them ...
That repetition violates one of the 6 rules at Agoracom, when a poster repeatedly asks the same negative question, and gets no answer, that is considered bashing.
My logic here is based on the premise that a basher tries his best to bash the company in any aspect possible , in an attempt to cause "weak hands" to sell shares and the basher will pick them up at a "bargain" .
That would make sense, but Spinner has been bashing since we were at 60 cents. So, if that is the case, he must have a lot of shares, but in fact he has said repeatedly that he has no shares, and is waiting for the price to drop to 17 cents. No one , in any way shape or form could even envisioned the share price being back at this level, especially after receiving the recognition order last March .
Personally and honestly , I thought we would be a 10.00 a share at this point in time. I get the impression that spinner is as befuddled as the rest of us, and unlike us, he has no shares, while us longs watch daily as our investment drops back to where we were over 14 months ago.
If anyone here disagrees with my logic, please feel free to comment, and post your thoughts , this is what this discussion board is for.
Mind you, bashing the company on this board is still subject the the 6 rules. I just wanted to express my opinions of Spinner7 and his posts , both here using the psudonym sydney7 or on stockhouse as spinner7 .
