I for one , am sorry to see him go. It has been quite a marathon being a long with egX , no one can doubt my own experience, having been a shareholder since 2000.
Many things have happened over the years, and aplustoz put together quite a synopsis of events that have happened just over the past 2 years. Think about what it was like 4 , 5 , or 6 years ago. There was always momentum, but things are always in flux with this business ( the exchange business that is ) . Just look at the developments in the past 2 years in the exchange industry, so many changes, so many alliances, no one knows what will come next.
We are so close now to the finish line, and that is part of what many shareholders find frustrating. We can see the finish line, and we tend to get so impatient.
Three years ago there was no finish line in sight, now we know where we will be in 6 months and everyone is on edge, watching every trade, watching every move , expressing their frustration , asking questions ( hard questions ) that no one here can answer, and it looks like the Information center is not being updated anymore, so we are all in the dark.
It is hard to watch sometimes , but if you believed in your investment last year, many positive things have happened since then , so you should be more confidant going into 2008.
The only downer is the present share price. Longs don't care about the day to day or week to week price, as we have yet to even launch, or have not received the OSC or the QSC approval.
Just remember "The Longest Yard" is the last 3 feet, we can see it , smell it , taste it, and we are exhausted. Don't quit now, the finish line is just around the corner.
Sorry Solar , hope you will jump back in when you see some action, no doubt this has been frustrating for you and many others, but have a good one.
