I was starting to wonder why the company has been so silent lately, well lo and behold,here is the reason why.

Ouch.

I'll never for the life of me understand why management sees the need to dilute so much, especially a PP, not a Brokered PP. Does the company already have a buyer lined up and this is merely window dressing?
Why 22 Million shares, and a full warrant to boot holy cow that is soo freaking dilutive I do not even know where to start.
