its a good deal for El Nino and shareholders. The company needs to raise cash and is ahving a hard time doing so. Reducing expenses while transferring responsibility to a third party all while retaining a vested interest in Bathurst is good business sense.

Besides, Kasala is the route to take for ELN, not Bathurst.
