Sorry about that the autoblog link kept updating pushing the chysler article back, if you keep going back to previous pages you will find the chrysler article about hybrids. As far as the second article it still does affect electrovaya, remember they are bidding on grid storage projects with ABB in the US, if FERC is paying more for frequency regulation it helps promote bess projects.
