If you haven't already read it the Fraser Mackenzie report on Electrovaya provides an excellent overview of Electrovaya's current situation, well worth the read, they have a 7 dollar target on the SP. Legally I can't reproduce it here but it is easily obtained by googling it. It is from Oct. 2010 but still relevent. I am quite certain they would have already received the DOE grant if it weren't for the financial problems encountered by solyndra, beacon power and ener1 who all received money from the DOE.
